Quinn has background in Food Technology, it was despite her passion for making food with enormous food processors. She'd found herself fallen in love with the world of cocktails when she was 18 years old.

With a Food Technology background and passionate for the beauty of classic value, her creative style is based on morden classic cocktails combined with culinary culture. Judging criteria is based on a balance of ingredient rators and the value of sophistication.

She was the one, who brought Snuffbox to 290 position in the top 500 Best Bars in the World, voted by Le Cocktail Connoisseur.In 2019, she was the top of the finalist 16 female bartender to participate in contest to support the breast cancer charity Speed Rack Asia held in Hong Kong and also the first representative of Vietnam to participate in this contest.
