Hail from the port city (Hai Phong) in the north. Curiosity led him to leave his hometown 8 years ago to start a journey of experience in bartending. Experiencing many concepts down to the beach bar, and island life then up to hotel, restaurant, urban style and of course cocktail bar. Now, he is back home. To raise the cocktail culture in the city which is not visible at the moment with the opening of NOAH - the cocktail bar. A place you can find good stories and great cocktails hand-in-hand, and walk together.

Monkey with the spirit of eagerness to learn and his curiosity has brought a foundation of deep knowledge and skills (especially storytelling skills). In his journey, he also spent significant personal achievements such as Top 2 Rémy Martin Competition 2022, Bacardi Legacy Vietnam 2019 & 2020, Bartender Society South-East Asia 2020…

What you can expect from him is cocktails full of surprises, some flavorful, and closely linked stories. A person with an open personality, a bright smile and a way of leading the story from customer to customer becomes a great strength in the hospitality industry.
